Who we are

diggyhub.com (“DiggyHub”) is a website with scores, schedules, standings, rankings and predictions for NCAA Division I women’s volleyball. It is run by The DiggyHub team. This policy explains what information the site collects and what we do with it. You can reach us at diggyhubsupport@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Technical information in server logs. Our hosting provider (Vercel) records requests to the site, such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use this to run and secure the site.
• Anonymous usage statistics. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count page views and see where visitors come from (referrer, country, device type). It does not use cookies to identify you or follow you across other sites. We may also use Vercel Speed Insights, which measures how fast pages load.
• Things saved on your own device. If you favorite a team or choose a conference, your browser remembers it in local storage so it is there next time. That information stays in your browser; we never receive it. You can remove it at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings.
• The share button. It opens your device’s own share menu with a ready-made message and link. We do not see what you share or with whom.
• Messages you send us. If you email us, we receive your email address and your message, and use them only to reply.

What we do not collect

DiggyHub has no user accounts, passwords or payments. We do not ask for your name, precise location or any sensitive information. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Cookies

DiggyHub does not currently set advertising or tracking cookies. The features that remember your choices use local storage on your device, as described above.

Advertising

DiggyHub does not currently show advertising. If we add ads in the future, ad companies may use cookies or similar technology to show and measure ads. Before that happens we will update this policy to say exactly what is used and by whom, and we will give you the choices the law requires (including, where it applies, a consent prompt and a way to opt out of personalized advertising).

Who else handles information

We use service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and the analytics above) and Neon (the database that holds the sports data shown on the site, which contains no information about visitors). They process information only to provide their service to us. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep information

Server logs and analytics data are kept for the periods set by our providers. Anything stored in your browser stays there until you clear it. Emails you send us are kept only as long as needed to respond and keep a record of the conversation.

Your choices and rights

You can clear the data saved in your browser, block analytics with your browser’s privacy settings, or use the site without favoriting anything. Depending on where you live (for example California and other U.S. states, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom) you may have the right to ask what personal information a business holds about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to certain uses. Because the site holds almost no information that identifies visitors, there is usually little to provide or delete, but you are welcome to ask by contacting us.

Children

DiggyHub is a general audience sports site and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with modern security headers, and the administrative area is password protected. No system is perfectly secure, but we collect very little to protect.

Changes to this policy

We will post changes on this page and update the date at the top (currently September 20, 2026).
