These terms apply when you use diggyhub.com, run by The DiggyHub team. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

Information only, not advice

Scores, standings, rankings and win percentages are provided for information and entertainment. The rankings and predictions are statistical estimates produced by our own model. They are not betting odds, tips or advice, and they are sometimes wrong. Nothing on the site should be relied on to place a wager or make any financial decision.

Accuracy and sources

Data comes from public sources, including NCAA statistics and school and conference sites, and can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. Live scores may lag behind the game. We do our best to keep the site accurate and welcome corrections, but we cannot guarantee it.

Not affiliated

DiggyHub is an independent site. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the NCAA, the AVCA, any athletic conference or any college or university. Team names, logos and marks belong to their owners and appear only to identify the teams.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its systems.
• Do not use automated tools to copy the site’s content at scale, or to republish it, without our written permission.
• You may link to the site and share short excerpts with a link back to the page they came from.

Ownership

The site’s design and code, and our ratings, rankings and predictions as compiled, belong to us or our licensors. Underlying facts such as game results belong to no one, and third-party names and marks belong to their owners.

No warranty; limit of liability

The site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on its content.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the new version here with the date (currently September 20, 2026). Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
